Shipping & Returns

PHLYCLUB Shipping Policy

At PHLYCLUB, we want to make sure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not yet ship internationally, but we’re working on expanding soon!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (may vary depending on location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical issues.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: R99

Rates may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the courier’s website for real-time updates on your delivery status.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@phlyclub.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a return or exchange. Please note, this does not include items that clearly state a condition rating of 7 and below, as these items have signs of wear.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • For some remote locations, shipping may take longer. If your address is in a remote area, you may be contacted by the courier for further information.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only eligible for incorrect items received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@phlyclub.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Items that are not eligible for return or refund include sizing issues, as each product clearly lists its measurements. Please ensure you check the measurements carefully before purchasing. Certain items also cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are only eligible for incorrect items sent. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the wrong item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
